Company Brain For engineered-product makers

Faster engineering and quoting decisions, with the source attached.

It holds your approved rules and past decisions with their reasons, and answers only from sources you've registered.

Illustrative example

The questions that interrupt your best people.

The answers usually exist already, in old NCRs, customer specs, past quotes and the memory of a few senior engineers. Getting one means interrupting the person who remembers, or working it out again.

Quoting

Find past jobs like the one on your desk, with the assumptions behind the price.

Engineering

Why a design rule exists, which customer spec drove it, and what changed since.

Quality

The procedure, the past nonconformances that look like this one, and how they were closed.

Onboarding

New engineers ask the brain first, and a senior engineer second.

The point is faster, safer engineering and quoting decisions. The brain is how we get there, which is why it answers only from sources you've approved.

Start with one workflow. Widen it when the next set of questions earns it.

Underneath every company brain is a disciplined knowledge base, and that's the part we build. We start with what one workflow needs instead of the whole company.

Registered sources. Only sources you've registered and approved, connected read-only. Every claim traces back to where it came from.

Decisions with their reasons. Past decisions sit beside the reasoning behind them, and beside the questions nobody has settled yet.

Owners and history. Each item has an owner, access rules and a change history, so you can see what the brain knew last month and why an answer changed.

When it doesn't know. When the answer isn't there, it says so and names who could fill the gap.

Done means tested. Each brain ships with a set of questions it must answer from your sources, and we don't call it finished until it does.

Your senior engineers stop answering the same question every week, and when they retire, more of what they knew stays with the company.

A correction becomes a rule only after someone signs it off.

When an engineer corrects an answer, the correction goes through the same steps as every rule we run before the brain uses it.

  1. 01

    Capture

The correction, with its reason and scope.

  2. 02

    Classify

Missing rule, one-off exception, commercial choice, data defect or error.

  3. 03

    Propose

A rule, only where one fits.

  4. 04

    Test

    Checked against past cases.

  5. 05

    Approve

The owner activates it. Rollback stays available.

The same approved rules feed your configurators, so a design rule and a quote can't drift apart.

How configurators use them

Your knowledge, on your infrastructure.

Company Brain runs on MAP, the Manufacturing Agentic Platform. For first deployments it uses self-hosted inference, inside a boundary you approve. Your documents don't go to a public AI service, and your knowledge never moves to another customer. You can export everything it holds.

Company Brain runs on MAP

Before you connect a single file.

General assistants are built for everyone. Company Brain answers only from sources you've registered and approved, shows which ones it used, and runs on infrastructure you control. Each one ships with a set of questions it has to answer from your sources before we call it done.

That depends on how many people use it and what it reads. We agree a supported deployment pattern with you before quoting, including who owns the hardware, upgrades and support.

Your documents and your approved content are yours. The software we run it on is ours, which is why fixes and updates reach you without a rebuild.

With the knowledge one workflow needs, usually the questions your engineers or estimators answer most. We connect only the sources that answer them, and widen it when recurring decisions justify it.
